Nomad Fitness are committed to providing high-quality fitness products that exceed your expectations. That's why we stand behind our products with a comprehensive warranty.
All of our products come with a 12 month warranty as standard. Please see below for specific warranty length. If you have purchased a product that is not listed below, a 12 month warranty will be in place.

If, for any reason, your product's performance is compromised due to defects in material or workmanship, we want the chance to make it right.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair. Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as, but not limited to, protective high density plastic components, rubber stoppers, cables, belts, chains, coatings, upholstery (including cuts), or any other cosmetic damage resulting from regular use are not covered by this warranty.
Products modified or repaired outside of Nomad Fitness will be void of warranty coverage. Warranties may be voided if a product is damaged due to negligent use, maintenance, storage (i.e. storing outside), or handling by the user. Nomad Fitness does not guarantee compatibility with other companies’ products and warranties can be voided in these cases.
The Nomad Fitness warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and warranty is not transferrable to another person.
The Nomad Fitness warranty is only valid for products that have been purchased directly from Nomad Fitness or an authorised reseller and are fully paid for.
The Nomad Fitness warranty does not cover used/secondhand items, former competition equipment, showroom stock, prototypes, discounted or sale items and discontinued equipment.
The Nomad Fitness warranty is specifically limited to the repair or replacement of any defective component that is manufactured or supplied by Nomad Fitness. The repair or replacement will be at the sole discretion of Nomad Fitness and will be the sole remedy available under this warranty.
Nomad Fitness holds no liability, whether under this warranty or otherwise, for any special indirect, incidental, secondary, or consequential losses, damages, or expense related to fitness equipment, including but not limited to damages to persons or property.
