GENERAL

If your order hasn't been dispatched and you wish to add something or combine with another order. Please contact us to request this. Once your order shows as dispatched, it will be too late I'm afraid.

We try to dispatch all orders as fast as possible. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to cancel. Please bare in mind that cancellations are not guaranteed if the order
is too far along in the delivery process.

From time to time we release discount codes or offers. To be the first to find out about these deals, subscribe to our newsletter, or follow us on social media.

All orders received before 1pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.

We dispatch all orders on a next working day service. In some cases orders may be delayed a day or two by the courier company. You can keep up to date with your delivery by checking the tracking email we send.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a tracking email. This will have details on how you can keep track of your order, right up until it is delivered to your door.

We can ship to most international destinations. Including the EU where we have preferential rates in place from couriers. For a quote to any international destination please contact us.

As standard, deliveries take place Mon-Fri. Some couriers also deliver on Saturdays as part of their standard service, but there is no guarantee. If you specifically require a Saturday delivery please contact us.

Your order will always be dispatched complete of all items, unless we contact you directly.

During transportation and sorting, it is fairly common that shipments with multiple parcels can become separated. Should you received only part of your order, please wait until the following day before contacting us. Most of the time, parcels that have been separated will arrive the next day. You can also check the tracking for up to date information.

We use several different couriers to dispatch orders. The courier used will depend on the size, weight and location of your order. For more information please contact us.

If at any time your order tracking shows as Delayed, Damaged, Missing, Not Received or similar. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve.

PRODUCT

Our equipment is designed for dry indoor conditions only. Some products can also be used outdoors, this will be stated on the individual product page.

Most of our products are made from steel, which is not designing to get wet. If products are left in wet or damp conditions there is an increased risk of rust and damage to the equipment.

If there is a product you want to order but it shows as out of stock. You can send us a message to find out when we are due stock again.
You can also request for us to email you as soon as available to order.

While we don't advertise any spare parts on the website, we do stock a wide range of spares. Please contact us for more details. One of the team will advise if we stock the part, or can source it for you.

All products we sell come with at least a 12 month manufactures warranty. Some products are offered with longer warranties.

RETURNS

Yes, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all products.

Please email us if you wanted to return any item during this period. All items must be sent back unused, unbuilt and in the original packaging. We will then issue you a full refund excluding any postage costs.

If you no longer want your purchase, no problem. Just email us with your order number, items you wish to return and the reason why if applicable. All items must be returned in unused, unbuilt and in the original packaging. We will then issue you a full refund excluding any postage costs.

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return your order to us, the postage costs will be your responsibility.
If your order was delivered damaged or has failed during the warranty period, we will either offer to cover the postage costs or arrange for a free of charge collection.

For unwanted items you have 30 days to return to us. This is from the date you received your order.

Please contact us if you wish to return any unwanted item(s) after the standard 30 day period.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple and Google Pay. You can also pay with Klarna which allows you to split your order and pay in instalments.
If you would prefer bank transfer, please contact us for details.

If you would rather speak to someone and make payment over the phone. Please contact us and we can arrange to call you to discuss.
